What benefits can the IQ tests provide you?

Psychometric tests are widely seen by employers as one of the most reliable tools for predicting success in a professional life. These tests are designed to measure various traits and abilities, and their relevance to human competence is well-established.
Arguments that these tests don’t reflect real skills are not supported by evidence. Research strongly supports the practical applications of these tests. For instance, in the United States, federal law prohibits the Military from recruiting individuals with an IQ below 80, except in rare cases of declared wartime. This policy underscores the link between intelligence and the ability to perform effectively in demanding roles.
Psychologists also recognize intelligence as a key factor in determining professional success. At the same time, their research also highlights the importance of other psychological traits—such as emotional resilience, adaptability, and motivation—that contribute to an individual’s ability to thrive in the workplace. This broader understanding of human potential offers valuable insights for employers and professionals alike.
Our online IQ tests are especially valuable for individuals who may face some selection processes in the future.
